Surface Pro 4とSurface Book 2の一部のユーザーからバッテリー消費が激しくなったという問題が報告されています。 これはWindows10 Version 1903（May 2019 Update)を適用した本体で、Surface Pro 4のバッテリーが2時間以下になったという症状が報告されています。

Twitter上での報告に対して、マイクロソフトの公式サポートは現在問題を調査しているとのこと。 修正が完了したいWindows Updateを通して最新のファームウェアが提供されるものと思われます。
機種限定ではない
今月初めにはSurface Pro (2017)やSurface Pro 6でもバッテリーの問題が報告されていたため、Surface Pro 4やSurface Book 2に限定された問題ではないと思われます。
