Windows10のストアではAge of Empires Definitive Editionがなぜか100％オフの無料という表記になっています。 ただし商品ページに移動すると古プライスに戻ります。
この表記ミスはXbox Game PassがWindows PCで始まる準備をしているのではないかと考える人もいるようです。
先月のInside XboxではAge of Empiresフランチャイズに関するエキサイティングな発表があると予告されていたのにもかかわらず、Age of Empiresに関する発表は全く触れられませんでした。
以前開発の計画について触れられていたWindows版Xbox Game Passの開発が進められていたのだとすれば、Age of Empires: Definitive Editionが対象になるのは自然なことだといえます。
