ロックスターゲームズはRed Dead Redemption 2を2018年10月にゲーム機向けに発売していましたが、Windows PC版は長らく発売の予定がありませんでした。 しかし今回ロックスターゲームズはRed Dead Redemption 2を11月5日にWindows PCでリリースすることを発表しました。
Rockstar Launcher独占ではない
Red Dead Redemption 2は11月5日からRockstar Launcher、Epic Games Store、その他のプラットフォームで発売されます。 Steam版については1ヶ月遅れの12月にリリースされる予定となっており、比較的早いスパンでリリースされます。

Rockstar Launcherで入手したい人のために、10月9日午前11時（米国東部標準時間）に事前購入が開始されます。これには、Outlaw Survival Kit、War Horse、Treasure Map、ストーリーモードのキャッシュボーナス、Red Dead Onlineの 50ゴールドなど、さまざまなボーナスが含まれます。先行予約では、Rockstar Launcherの選択から2つの無料ゲームを選択することもできます。
